“The apartment was extremely spacious for 2 people; it could easily have fitted several more. Very nicely decorated with thoughtful features for anyone’s taste, e.g. books to read, puzzles, board games, lots of comfortable seating, great kitchen with every type of equipment for cooking. The apartment was cool; hence no air conditioning was needed. Beds were very comfortable and there was good lighting for reading. My only complaint was about the noisy people frequenting the pool very late at……

“The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, impeccably clean with fresh crisp bedding and plenty of towels. Lots of thoughtful touches and generous tea and coffee supplies. Super easy arrival and departure and Thommo replied promptly to all communication including putting us in touch with a local travel and tour operator for excursions. Recommend the half day snorkel tour from Palm Cove. Highly recommend this apartment nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and pools. ”

“The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It contained everything we needed. Great location. There was a mix up with the check in and because the only way to contact the host was via message it was a bit stressful. Not how you want to start your holiday. I received a text but the text then did not have a return facility. It would be so much better to have a simple phone number I could call. Having said all this I would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again. It was ideal……

“My brother Will from Sydney & Myself from Kent in England stayed at the apartment for a week visiting the sites & family in Cairns. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable - especially the beds and we found all we needed insofar as equipment & accessories needed to be completely at home. When we had a small issue with one of the toilet covers it was seen to efficiently & professionally by the management company. The decor was pleasant, modern & not overstated. I cannot recommend this……

“Apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. Kitchen was well set up with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the shopping centre was only a few blocks away. Good location with an easy drive to city centre. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the neighbours were all friendly and full of kid friendly suggestions for things to do around Cairns. We had a great stay!”

“This picture is not of our room, this was supposed to have been our room, Our original room was unavailable due to air conditioning issues, and while an alternative was provided, the space had a musty smell, suggesting it hadn't been aired out recently.Communication could have been improved- check in details and Wi-fi access I had to request on the day of checking in, which made the process less seamless.The room lacked basic instructions, such as rubbish disposal and check out details which……

“This property and owner were excellent. Kitchen had what you need, pool was nice and a great space to wind down, and the location was perfect for just about everything in the Cairns area. We went out on the reef for a day, hung around by the public lagoon, explored the rainforest and waterfalls and did some local shop.”
