"Good - Value for money, parking is near the lift. Great location, close to attractions and easy walk to shops and lots of food options.Bad - the beds are extremely hard, like boards. No issue with doing a clean before leaving, however some items to enable that would help, like paper towel, surface spray, dust pan and dish washing liquid. Handle falls off kitchen tap."

"We had a short break of 5 days at this property, which we found to be a relaxing, lovely space which was warm, clean, well equipped, and had a beautiful view over the lake and cityscape of Belconnen.The sunsets were amazing, and Caroline was kind and hospitable to our needs.I would recommend this property without hesitation"

"Excellent 1 bedroom unit with views of the lake and local dining precinct. Onsite parking was a bonus. Local dining options were great along with Old Depot Markets and Glassworks. Unit had everything and more that you need for a a week long stay. Would recommend and will stay there again."

"Very disappointing. Neither air conditioner worked so the apartment was so cold that we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm enough in Canberra’s freezing temperatures. There were numerous other maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay, eg. holes in walls, plugs that didn’t hold water in the sinks, furniture stored in wardrobe, small insects throughout the apartment. "
