"I had an incredibly memorable stay at this property! The owner checked us in at our designated time and was very friendly, helpful and informative. The home itself was beautiful, spacious and clean. I enjoyed the tea set that was put for us to try. I felt so relaxed at this place. The location of this property is a 3 min walk from bus stops and right next to the famous sight spots of Kyoto. I highly recommend staying at this place if you visit Kyoto! "

"Not the easiest place to find, would suggest a sign between the two other buildings, it’s opp the Police station. At the rear of the front buildings. However once you have found it, the accommodation is great. Easy walk to buses or taxi to wherever. Great place would recommend, just remember it’s down an alley!"

There was plenty of room for our small family, and we felt we had a more authentic visit to this beautiful city. "This place was way better than I was expecting. It is large and clean and very traditional and has great amenities like a washer dryer, a great bathroom and a nice upstairs.
