check-in was still thru a glass petition like in Covid days and host was still wearing mask as in Covid days. Had to bend down to hole in glass to hear or understand what host was saying. Very annoying in these times.

Watch out for giant cockroaches.
We had a long day of traveling, only to find a giant cockroach in the bathroom. And I mean huge- biggest I’ve ever seen not in a tank at a zoo. Was still alive. Called the front desk. No apologies, just move us to a room across the hall. Whole hotel smells of smoke and dinginess. No elevator even though there’s two floors. Will never return.

When we checked in, the woman working at the front desk was not friendly. Also, I booked this hotel specifically because online it stated there was a pool. The pool was permanently closed. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were junk.

The pool was not open, the entire hotel smelled of smoke and mildew, trying to be covered by cheap air freshener. The second shift staff were pleasant and housekeeping were helpful. Its unfortunate that the hotel advertised a pool.in the summer but it has been closed, apparently for years. I will never stay here again.

I paid for two rooms with two queen sized beds in both. I got one room with two queen sized beds and the other room had two full sized beds; check it out the room #'s are 114 and 117. The pool was not operational and no form of discount was offered. I could not recommend anyone to stay at this particular Best Western.

We do not have double beds rooms. We have two types of rooms: room with King Bed or room with 2 Queen beds. Pool is closed because it needs repair.

This hotel is low budget. There wasn’t an exhaust in bathroom, it didn’t have Kleenex and the bed covers weren’t soft but kinda scratchy. I won’t stay there again. The front desk was nice and helpful

Thin walls -hear everything your neighbor is doing. Had to leave at 6:15 in the morning, although it was suppose to have breakfast at 6- there was nothing- not even coffee at 6:05
