“This property was fronted by the river and close to shopping and many restaurants. Fortunately for me, it was also close to the medical clinic. The staff was kind. They lent me a walking stick and returned a borrowed wheelchair for me. When we had to depart earlier in the morning, they accommodated an earlier breakfast. When I had trouble getting out, they brought breakfast to my room. The breakfasts were plentiful with tasty scratch made fresh local foods. The dumplings were great! The Chinese……

“Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route. I just wish the room can be warmer during the Winter where temperature was average 40F”

“Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est très bien passé. L'emplacement est proche de l'entrée du parc et quelques options de diner sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Le staff de l'hôtel a été très sympa et parle correctement l'anglais. La chambre avec balcon que nous avons eut été très correcte dans l'ensemble.”

“The staff are very helpful. They introduce the sight-seeing points in details and helped us to book transportation and show tickets. The hotel location is very good and just next to the show theatre. Restaurants are also at walking distance.”

“If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! It was a good experience but it wasn’t what I had hoped.”

“Location of the hostel is very good. Walkable to the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance. Overall room wasn’t that clean. The washroom had that typical smell and I saw a few stains on the bed sheets. There are only stairs but highest floor is only 5 or 6 I think. Overall it’s just a cheap acceptably clean place to stay near Zhangjiajie National Park.”

“The hotel is a 5 stars one. The pool is not wow but make the work. The place is well maintained. One thing shocked to me is that they turn off the AC after 10 am aprox until 4 PM. Not sure if they do that in common areas to save electricity or what.. poor employees that need to work with all that heat.”

“Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. Pros - Staff very helpful and respond very quickly. Hotel is new and clean. Hotel right next to one tourist attraction, but that's about……

“ Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows……

“Nice stay to visit national park”

“The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her. We spent 3hours with the local taxi……

Het hotel is al een hele tijd dicht Inmiddels €100 kwijt aan internetkosten omdat er geen WIFI is, je het hotel moet zoeken en daarna iets anders moet vinden. Terwijl het hoogseizoen is Op stel en sprong moet je iets anders regelen en dat heeft de tijd behoorlijk beïnvloed. Heel raar dat dit op de site wordt aangeboden Er slordig dat dit niet gecheckt wordt door Expedia ”
