“The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, and the location was perfect for our tours—easy access to various transportation options. When we visited, it was a family-operated hotel, and the owner and his family were so kind and welcoming. They even played beautiful music during the complimentary breakfast, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and healing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and they even upgraded our room when we arrived late. Everything felt both professional……

“속초 여행 자주하는 편인데, 여기 파노라마뷰 진짜 장난아니에요. 다음에 간다면 또 가고싶응 숙소입니다. 그리고 숙소 사진보다 더 깨끗하고 더 좋아요.침대며 침구 수건 어디하나 나무랄데가 없어요. 초고층 숙소라 체크인아웃 시간 엘리베이터 이용이 좀 불편하고, 안방에 딸린 화장실 샤워부스 안에 타일이 잘못시공된건지 물이 고이는거 빼면 정말 훌륭합니다. 일출, 속초아이, 거실 비롯 방마다바다뷰 진짜 힐링 그자체에요.”

“The room is bigger than most of other hotels in South Korea Staff are nice it felt like home quick check in and check out If you come here just select Ocean View it was just perfect in the morning the view was really beautiful They only have cafe and Ashley Queen the buffet restaurant its not expensive comparing the quality its convenient and yummy but still i wish there was a la carte menu, maybe i didnt see it? Nice bed we could deeply rest here not feeling tired at all , perfect for……

“처음 방문했는데 주변에 중앙시장도 가깝고, 갯배타는곳도 가까워서 지리적으로도 괜찮았고 숙소 상태도 좋았습니다”

“바다뷰가 최고네요 건물도 신축이라 깨끗하고 방도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 욕실에 필요한 어멘테티 다 구비되어 있었구요. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 해어드라이기가 무겁고 바람이 약하다? 그리고 건물 안 엘리베이터가 두 대인데 느려서 그런건지 층수에 비해 두 대가 부족한건지 한 번 올라갔다 내려갔다 할 때마다 기다리는 시간이 오래 걸렸어요. ”

“因為積雪行李又多加上有老人跟小孩所以過去很不方便，但隔天要離開時老闆人很好載我們去車站。”

“A great central location. I loved that there was a washing machine and fold up drying space in the room. What would make the hotel better would be to have the hotel's name on the outside of the building as it was a little confusing that only the second hotel that shared the lobby had its name outside.”

“部屋が広く、2人ともスーツケースを広げて余裕があります。 靴を脱いで部屋に入るタイプなので清掃もきちんとされていてきれいでした。ぜんぜん裸足でウロウロできます。 長期滞在向けでもあり、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、キッチンが付いています バスターミナル（高速）、束草海水浴場からも徒歩で行けます。道中おっきいemart もありとても便利です。”
