“The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.”

“This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will.”

“I'll be honest - I thought the room was small BUT because of the overwhelmingly positive experience I had with the staff and how the hotel was managed it didn't matter at all. I loved Armenia and staying at your hotel made that experience even better. I don't often write review or give feedback - I am doing so because of how happy I was with everything. Super professional staff. Kind and happy. Made me feel at home and I'd even say better service than what I'm use to getting in America. I live……

“This hotel was lovely. We chose it because it was just outside the centre of Yerevan, but easily walkable in 30 minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was great, but not what we expected. It was a mixture of continental and salad/dinner options. However, it was delicious. It doesn't have a pool, but does have indoor baths that you can book out. Not quite a Spa hotel in UK terms, but very nice.”

“Staff was attentive and nice. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was excellent - clean and warm and the surrounding area had heated floors! My only issue was the bigger bed being a combination of two small beds put together and not one solid mattress.”
