"Such a great place if you want to be in the central area of shibuya. We were walking distance from so many tourist attractions and recommend restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and kind. WiFi worked well and amenities were great. "

"Booked the Premier 2 twin beds. Room was reasonably spacious and the view was incredible! We had an issue with our safe and the staff promptly repaired it the next morning. They even provided a note that they had completed it when we came back from our room. Beds were comfortable and they even have a speaker in the room. The vending machines, ice machine and laundry in one room on the 20th floor (can't remember the exact floor number). If your room does not have a microwave, the front desk can microwave it for you. The starbucks is convenient on the ground level if you like that and the second floor has some food options. Overall it was a great room to return to after long days of walking. Plenty of food around the area too."

"I’ve stayed at a few JR Group hotels before, and they’ve always kept a good standard wherever I went in Japan. This one was no different — really enjoyed my stay here! Pros: • Perfect location: Right next to Shinjuku Station and Busta Expressway — super convenient for getting around. • Modern and clean: The hotel feels new, with a nice modern design and spotless rooms. • Friendly and helpful staff. • Spacious room: I stayed in a twin room and found it comfortably sized. Cons: • Soundproofing could be better: I could still hear some traffic noise late at night. • No bathroom hooks: It’d be nice to have a few for towels or clothes."

"We were so happy we chose to stay in shinjuku at the start of our trip! Walkable to the train station and the convenience of having a family mart right on the first floor was so convenient! The rooms were a bit tight but to be expected! We have some of the best memories in this area of our trip. Super easy to walk to the train station, grab a bite or go downtown to explore shinjuku!! "

"Great hotel, very close to the train station which helped a lot with getting around. Loved the multitude of family marts close by an McDonald’s within a 6 min walk. Bed was very comfortable. There was no individual room air control so we had to control the room temp by opening and closing the window. Coin washing worked well and I enjoyed the smell selection of snacks available by the washing machines as well. Absolutely will stay here again! "
