“No breakfast was offered all though it was clearly mentioned in the booking details that free breakfast buffet was included. We were told that they will fix it and get back to us but nobody contacted at all and when asked again they said that they cant do anything. Also, we came there after a long flight and 9:30 am in the morning woke up with a loud hammer noise and drilling noise.
