"This was a wonderful, family-friendly hotel. Although not especially convenient regarding access to the station, it would be an amazing place to stay for the Daisen fireworks festival given that it is literally across the street from the festival grounds and has floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor. The breakfast was incredible with local ingredients used to craft traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff were friendly and did a wonderful job of helping our 10-year-old son feel welcome in the hotel."

"We loved the small village feel of Yokote. The Hotel Plaza Annex provided modern amenities, but had an old world charm. The onsen baths on the first and second floor were beautiful and relaxing. We also had an open air wooden hot springs bath in our room, which was very luxurious. Our room was a suite with two beds in one room and a sitting area in the other room. It was very spacious. We ordered dinner and breakfast service for two days. All four kaiseiki meals were delicious and beautiful. Our servers were so kind and caring. We definitely will return for the hospitality of this hotel and beauty and tranquility of Yokote."
