"The house is in a great location in New Rochelle, near to a train station to commute to the city and for family coming in on Amtrak from Boston. The main floor of the house is cozy with a lovely kitchen and lots of seating space. Bedrooms were a nice size and we all felt the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was really nice, too. Owner was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process."

"This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. "We really appreciated this apartment while traveling with our toddler, who was quite overwhelmed by the city. It was such a quiet, spacious, calm place to return to. We could have used a curtain to better block the light for sleeping and a sharper knife (we must be the only people who cooked so much during a stay in NYC...as I said, our kiddo didn't love going out on the town), but other than that, the stay was perfect. "Nice property. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Organized yet dusty. I had to clean the bathrooms. Smells old when walking in home. Only 1 tv (living room) but no service without signing in to own accounts (not good) no washer and dryer (not good) overall a good home though. Communication with host was excellent."

TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer).
