“Very friendly and engaged staff. Kids enjoyed the pool (ages 10, 12). Perfect for a stop on road trip.”

“The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. We loved having parking available to although there was a charge for it. The room was very nice and clean but we did find the air conditioning to be very strong and therefore a bit noisy. Great stay.”

“The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, buffet breakfast was ok. The hotel is pet friendly but only to a point. If you plan on staying at this hotel you must be with your dogs at all times. They cannot be left unsupervised in the room, so if you plan on exploring Fredricton at all, keep in mind you must bring your dogs with you. What’s the point of having a pet friendly policy if you cannot leave them in the room a couple hours if you go out to eat or shop. I could understand if there……

“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!”

“First room was smokey.and chair had been fixed by a board felt like having a plank under your butt. Moved to another room. Fridge so loud it sounded like someone snoring. Tv had to be changed out . Wifi was damaged and no one advised there was a problem, and I used all my data without realizing if was not on wifi It took hours to get tv working,they had to come from off site as no real hours. Just call and they will respond. Definitely not as pictures showed in thee expedia ad. Would not……
