A Special Time
The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The desk clerks were right there to answer any questions. The environment was inviting with Christmas decor. Information about the annuities and their time schedule was given in a slip of paper with the keys. It was very easy to enjoy with ease. Our stay was truly a special treat and helped make family Christmas be special also. Thank you.

One amenity of which we were unaware when booking: from 5-7 pm there was a hospitality time. At no additional charge, wine, draft beer, cheese, crackers, packaged snacks, and cookies. Very nice and relaxing way to spend some time while decompressing from a long drive! Thanks!

If I was not lazy and had booked direct I would told this Holiday Express that I travel on USA government business for VA and got better rates… and got IHG points. Place had bad breakfast bad coffee. Needed maintenance.. slow single elevator up to 3rd floor
