There were bugs in our bed, bathrooms and kitchen. The ceiling looked like it was ready to cave in. There were holes in the wall and the sink was cracked in several places. When I tried to address this with the Operations Manager she merely told me she would have housekeeping "check my room". The room was the Governors Suite, their "best" suite in the hotel. Terrible experience. Terrible hotel. Ridiculous price for what we had, meaning bugs.
