“When we arrived at the unit, there was no electricity. There was no accommodations made. The entire unit was electric. It was 98° and it was impossible to get a hold of someone. I am still trying to get a hold of someone I would appreciate help from Expedia in this matter.”

It was peaceful and so beautiful, and a great location to the hiking trails that we took.The studio was stocked, clean, and filled with all the amenities we needed.We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to our family and friends if they are visiting Yosemite National Park.”

“Some outlets need the bed wasn't working. You need to remember or download the check in process because there was no internet up there at all. Had to drive around to get internet and also there is no restaurants nearby. You have to drive down for a bit. Overall, the place was nice. I would recommend getting your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap.”

“No place to unpack clothes. No hangars in closet. Bare minimum on supplies (towels, toilet paper) no broom. Acorn mgmt not customer friendly. Furnace broken at a time of year a heater was needed. Space heaters barely adequate, temp in living area in the 50’s with the one working space heater in that area cranked up to 75. Had to shovel 6 inches of snow off 36 stairs to get stuff into unit. Booked 3 nights, only stayed one.”

This detracted from the peaceful getaway we had planned.”

“We loved this property! The big living room with open kitchen and the deck with a great spot for watching sunset and enjoying dinner or a glass of wine. Everything that you would need was provided! Just a note that Glacier Point Rd is closed all summer for construction so the hikes that would usually be very convenient from this location were not open. But the house is a great, quiet get away from the hustle of the Village.”

“I just returned from a fantastic snowboarding trip and stayed at this cabin. It is a genuine, cozy log cabin with plenty of space for a group.Location: You cannot beat the location for winter sports! It is only about 7 miles from Badger Pass Ski Resort and about 15 miles to the Yosemite Valley floor, making it a perfect basecamp.Tips for Guests: If you plan on cooking, come prepared! The nearest real grocery store is about 25 miles away, and the stores down in the Valley have very limited……

“Very old furnishing / fixtures. Worn furniture, uncomfortable beds with very old linen. Kitchen utensils badly need to be replace. Blunt knives, no kettle to boil water for tea, limited / old cook ware. Zero cleaning supplies, no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. In the middle of a pandemic you would at least expect surface spray and hand sanitizers. One roll of kitchen towels to last a party of 6 for 3 days. No AC, lots of fans but doesn’t help much. I would not stay here again, I expected a……
