"Would stay in this place again with a big group as it has 3 bedrooms and all amenities you could want. Only caution is the steps leading up and down as it has no handrails and is steep. It also has only 1 sink for all to use- if you don’t mind that, well worth staying here!"

"We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again."

"My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families."

"Very small, very steep stairway. Okay position. Near Opera; one stop from Shinjuku Station; only one sink i.e. the kitchen, washing machine but no dryer. Had a decibel metre in the house checking for noise. All manageable but then got a note to say that we had 'stained' the pillow case. Got sent pictures and a bill for extra cleaning. "I was traveling with my three teenage daughters. Spent 6 nights here at the end of a three week trip. There are four bedrooms, each with their own AC control. The kitchen/living area was great to hang out together, but everyone also had their own space to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet but really close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops. "This place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is located near a main transportation hub so you can easily make it to anywhere in the city. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. It’s three stories with steps so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems.
