Their Jacuzzi wasn’t working, and the room was upstairs and they don’t have an elevator. I’m disabled and I can’t climb stairs. They refunded our stay, the payment back to me hasn’t posted to my checking account, but we didn’t stay there, we ended up staying in Weed.

One thing there was a homeless camp about 150 yards from our window. The rooms were not nice, carpet was awful, shower didn't drain and the bathroom was so small you could hardly close the door. Did NOT look like the pictures. Non smoking room smelled like someone had smoked. Linens smelled even after spraying lysol on everything. Will never stay there again.

There is a homeless camp a few hundred feet from the back parking lot, and there were guys hanging out and smoking in the lot all night long. The exit door to that side of the building, wouldn’t lock…but worst of all- we discovered in the morning that the door to our room also didn’t lock. The lights in the pool didn’t work, so you had to swim in the dark. The hot tub was broken and had caution tape around it. The front desk guy was nice enough and did his job fine, but give the guy a raise. His black T-shirt had holes in the armpits.

Since I was put in a handicapped room with no carpet and a hard floor which I slipped on. I asked at the front desk, why? Apparently when booked by a "3rd party" I was put in a handicapped room as they usually book last. You should look into this, as not a regular room as promised.

When I think Wyndham, I think a little more high end than this property. It looks as if it were recently bought and flipped, giving it a “lipstick on a pig” appearance. The lobby was clean and the breakfast offered was nice. The pool was in use and but looked a bit cloudy. The first room we were offered - two double beds - smelled funny, like it had been smoked in. The toilet also would not flush even with the handle down. We were offered another room and it smelled faintly of bleach (still unappealing) but expected. I did appreciate the bedbug protection cover over the mattress, microwave in room (even though we did not use), and a the larger sized in-room fridge. The shower insert was dated but not cracked. The paint job sloppy and the silicone sealant moldy. There also was no operational fan in the bathroom. Overall 5/10. Not the worst I have ever stayed at, but the experience does not match the Wyndham name, even for an off branch. As a side, the staff were lovely.

The front staff on Sunday evening (~8-9pm) Nov 5, 2023, were outstanding - super friendly and helpful. They even tracked down a small container of ranch for the pizza I'd ordered. :) Also helped me out with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Thank you! The room was nice, I like how the table is moveable, so I changed things around to work on the laptop and also watch TV. Mini fridge freezer and even microwave! Bed seems fine and pillows are dense. No safe as far as I can tell. The hot tub was great, pool was chilly (they said heated) but it's also November. Actually was nice going from hot tub to pool and back, though. Roomy shower, but I did have a wheelchair room. TV options were standard def on a pretty small and quite old TV (32" 8-10 years old), with a handful of cable channels. Wifi was included and functioned fine. Nice sized breakfast/break room with coffee and juice and full breakfast 6-9/10am. Plenty of parking and very easily located / accessed just off the freeway.

Comfortable room,,but.
Should have been informed that the room would not be cleaned unless requested. Should be posted in the room, instead of relying on the desk clerk to inform customers. Or not, as in our case. Ice machine was broken before we got there, and during our whole 7 day stay. Should put up a 6 foot privacy fence along the west edge of the property. It would be a better view than the large homeless camp just up the hill.

The property is under renovation so that was to be expected. There is no elevators so you have to lug your suitcases up a long steep flight of stairs. All of the bottom floor was sold out. I will say the room didn’t stink. The bedding was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Now for the bathroom. Absolutely filthy! The floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in what look likes months. Hair, dead bugs, dirt, fuzz etc in all of the corners. The toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks it looks like. Hair, pee and lint on the back rim and moldy rings in toilet. The shower had a clean curtain but hairs everywhere and dark smudges. It was late and i really needed a shower before bed so I tried to just soap and clean and not look around. When I grabbed the towel to dry, it was small, thin and had black stains all over it. Ugh. The towel just smeared water around on me and I was horrified to find that it also smeared and stuck long black hairs on my skin. I had to leak them off. Felt sick. Now we couldn’t brush our teeth because the faucet sprayed a massive amount of water out the back promptly flooding the counter. We managed to catch a few hours of sleep because the beds were clean.

Renovations won’t feel like it in a month.-Quality
Appearance was terrible. I understand that it is under renovations but it is embarrassing to see the current condition. The pool it self was nasty looking and the hot tub smelled like garbage water. The room had luckily been “recently renovated”. It wasn’t up to what we have come to expect from a Wyndham hotel at all (at least the room wasn’t a total mess like the rest of the hotel) but the air conditioning did not work in our room and it was 95-degrees outside. The guy at the counter was less than accommodating, even though the place was practically empty. The parking lot felt very unsafe as there is a very large homeless encampment adjacent to the property (I know there is not much that the property can do about it). Been that we are VIP owners at the Wyndham resorts/travel club we know the brand. I have also stayed in many of the properties on the hotel side of it and I understand that I can’t expect the same as a resort but this place was disappointing. I only hope that the quality of work in the renovations improve for the rest of the property as this renovations will most likely increase the nightly stay prices but the quality of work is just subpar. I know as I am a general contractor and I know about delivering quality work even if the quality of the materials and/or furniture being used is poor. You still have to show your skills and professionalism when performing this type of renovations. They have reconsider who deals with performing this improvements.

Disappointing after years of staying there
I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot due to family being up in the town. They have been remodeling for months now. Which is no big deal but it’s very dirty in the hall ways. Also at our breakfast a homeless guy came in and started making his breakfast and touched all the food. Which was beyond gross. I also will not leave anything in my vehicle due to the homeless camp right in the hill and they scavenge the parking lot. Sadly I will be most likely staying at an other hotel in town due to those reasons. The indoor pool is great but the homeless around the area deter us for now on staying there :(

Not worth the money.
The AC was filthy and my daughter cleaned it. The hotel was completely out of ice. The breakfast was lacking. Very disappointing!

Left at 9pm at night
We would never stay here again. We actually left and stayed at the comfort in. Did not feel comfortable leaving our car with items in it overnight with the homeless camp steps away. Also the security door that is supposed to stay locked doesnt lock allowing anyone to walk in. Renovating supposedly but huge pile of trash out back and nothing is being kept clean through the process. Did not feel safe at all.
