Sorry. This place screams old and needs repair asap. Beds are so uncomfortable and you could hear next room guess turning on the bed. Thanks goodness that’s all he did, cause literally could hear a single movement.

Checked in and my room wasn’t clean. Got a different room but wasn’t able to access the room because there’s furniture in the walk way. Got placed on the first floor after that and then had problems with the internet.

The lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient. However, the bathroom door didn’t lock. The carpet was disgusting and sticky. The floor and the walls were paper thin. We could hear their entire conversations and when they turned on the sink. And to top it all off, when we woke up at 2 am to just the a neighbors coughing there was a cockroach on the bed. We immediately left.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing.
