I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jessica and Marie at reception were amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay! We are very much looking forward to returning for our next stay. Jessica & Perzha xx

Excellent spa, room was ok

We really enjoyed the spa facilities, pools, and the location being close to the ocean. Spa staff were excellent - came to the tub to offer to bring us drinks. The room itself was small and not as great - we had a "sea view" but there were benches blocking the actual view. The toilet was broken and would not flush. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff we interacted with were nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great trip, and worth the price simply due to the spa facilities. Note that the room itself was not worth the price, but the excellence of the spa pools made up for it.

Väldigt mysigt, säkert ännu bättre på sommaren! Lite mörkt inomhus, vilket står lite i kontrast till den ljusa havsbadskänslan man hoppats på, men rummen är fina och ljusa rum. Bra frukost och maten i övrigt var helt okej.

Fin udsigt med tecno musik i stedet for havbrus!

Toilet forhold på rummet elendigt ! Støjende glasskydedør uden ordentlig aflukke. Konstant tecno musik i baggrunden på hele hotellet, umuligt at slippe fri for uanset hvor man er ( incl rummet ). Ellers fantastisk udsigt, fremragende mad og yderst fint personale!

Overkapacitet

Desværre måtte vi sende mad ud 2 ud af 3 gange da retterne var kolde (som skulle have været varme) på restaurant Port. Stedet er generelt meget fyldt og man venter meget på at der er plads i bade/saunaer. Morgenmaden var free seeting, som betyder at vi gik rundt i 5min og selv måtte lede efter et bord der var ledigt til 2. Vi forventer mere af et 4 stjernet hotel

Mycket fräscht och välstädat samt trevligt inrett rum . Jättetrevlig och serviceminded personal. Frukostbuffén hade högsta kvalité och hade verkligen allt som vi ville ha till frukost.rikligt med frukt, färskt bröd av olika slag samt bra med alternativ för veganer.

Genomgående en mycket fin helg!

Toppenhelg med mysigt spa, rent och fint och välplanerat. Trevlig personal överallt och supergod mat. Härlig frukostbuffe som ligger i top tre över fina hotelfrukostar. Ett stort plus för att vi kunde ha vår hund med.

Ærgerligt at cocktailbaren ved restauranten mere havde en brun bodega stemning end en god cocktailbar på et spa hotel. Og så passede musikken ved poolen slet ikke til stemningen. Men ellers var alt perfekt.

Jättefint och mysigt! Firade vårt 9års dag, dock hade det varit önskevärt om det fanns luftkonditionering på rummet då det blev väldigt varm, vi hade svårt att sova!
