"Super unique accommodations in a really cool house in a great part of town with all the rooms totally different and unique and incredible. I stayed in the Naranja room which was on the floor just below the top floor, and the balcony and views were awesome. The AC works great, the bed was comfy and it was a short walk to everything I could want in town. Oh, and breakfast was amazing."

"Personal atento, servicial y flexible. Recomendación totalmente el lugar"

"Value was fantastic. The area is great as well; total opposite of a tourist-trap. The staff treated me like family and ensured I had a great experience. I would not dream of staying anywhere else if I were to return to Cancun."

"Me and my gf had a nice stay here. Close to the Cenote of Homún as well!"

"Excelente servicio. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, limpia y en excelentes condiciones. La atención del personal fue muy amable. Sin duda, una excelente experiencia y un lugar al que volvería."

"Location is great, staff was great. I wish there was coffee/tea provided (coffee maker but no coffee) and the exercise room is not very good, and that was a big reason I chose this room was for an available exercise room."

"Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. "

"Very good host very acomodating 👌"

"Room was clean staffs were friendly "

"Close to everything and the roof top pool is perfect "

"Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they helped us with local recommendations and even checked in during our stay with extra toiletries and fresh towels. We appreciated having a private bathroom and a small patio area we could use. You can tell this is a family who truly cares about their guests and works hard to make everyone feel at home."
