"Overall a great resort. Can use some structural upgrades (elevators for sure!, shower head broken at connection ports so heavy leaking etc), but the staff were amazing, entertainment available for all groups, easy access to sister resorts. Will def be my destination hotel anytime Im in Cancun!"

"We went for a 5 day trip and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were fantastic, the property is gorgeous. From the moment you walk into the lobby your luggage is swiftly taken by the staff so you can immediately start enjoying your vacation. They greet you with a smile and champagne and you get your first look at the awesome lobby. They have 6 different restaurants to choose from which is cool. The food all around was good. Some stuff was hit or miss but for the most part the food was good and some dishes were great. The drinks were phenomenal especially the daiquiris and blended margaritas. The beach is clean, other than the seaweed which could be cleaned more often. There are nice cabanas. The pools were perfect. Our room was great, always came back to it very clean, the room service was fast but the quality of some of the items needs to improve significantly because some stuff was great like the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken however the pizza tasted like one of those frozen personal pizzas you’d serve a child out of the microwave. Overall we had an amazing time I would rate the place an 8.5/10 the only thing that could make it better is some of the food."

"We booked a travel package on Expedia and had already specified the child's age. To celebrate the junior high school graduation trip, the child wanted a room with swim up and were excited. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that under 18 years old could not stay in swim up room which adult only, she cried. Although the hotel later gave us a ocean-view suite, she was still unhappy. The hotel pushed the responsibility Expedia to allow us to book the adult only room. The hotel doesn't offer many dining options. There are three dinner restaurants. One was booked for several days and not available during our stayed, another had good Italian food, and the 3rd one was outdoors, making the staff sweat profusely. For the buffet, we visited in the afternoon of the first day and the daily breakfast was just average. Instead, the poolside tacos and burgers were pretty good. The child preferred the nachos and the daily variety of ice cream and candies. For the beach, there are so many seagrass that you can't get into the water, and the pool is packed. Fortunately, there is a jacuzzi in our room. Although it took two repairs before it finally operated, it was still better than the outdoor pool. We also had the VIP access on the 6th floor to play pool and other activities, which was quieter and less crowded. There were also beach volleyball and Latin dance activities very good. On the last day, we watched the sunrise from the beach. Overall, the hotel staff were very polite. "
