“La habitación estuvo espectacular. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la tina, el botón para hidromasaje no funcionó. Se le notificó a teléfonos y nos mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento para arreglarlo. El personal de mantenimiento acudió a arreglarlo pero nunca funcionó. Lo demás estuvo excelente. La gente de restaurante excelente. Joshua de Isla blanca espectacular y muy amable. Víctor de Poseidon siempre cordial y al pendiente. Solo tuvimos un problema con el Capitán de Poseidon……

“The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. Food was great and butlers arranged dinners for 5 consecutive nights at different restaurants where we could all dine together. All guests had swim out rooms so we could visit each other in the pools outside our beach front rooms. Everyone raved about the trip and no one……
