「Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.」

「Single female traveler with a doggo; this rental was perfect for my 9-day stay in Kingman. The duplex was sparkling clean and had all the amenities of home. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and walking around the neighborhood. The mattress and bedding were a stand-out; soft, cozy, and more elevated than what I've experienced in other rentals. Communication with the host was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.」

「Very comfortable and well supplied property. Pretty much everything you need to just move in and spend a few days or longer. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. One slight negative was that when the sprinklers came on in the evening or if you ran the clothes washer, there was absolutely no water pressure anywhere else in the house. We were all in our mid 70s to 80-year-old range and we all felt that it would be helpful to have clear instructions on the TV cable/streaming/HDMI...
