“Clean unit, owner communicates well, really liked the modern finish, it’s has everything you might need for an overnight stay or a month. I will definitely stay her for work and pleasure each month when I’m in Kingman. Shhh don’t tell too many people how great it is or it will never be available…:)”

“Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.”

“The place is very cute with gorgeous views from the front yard especially. Close to everything. Kitchen and living was very open and large for our group of 9. Jeremy the host was always very quick to respond to any questions I had.”

“Loved the location and the size. Very comfortable! I would recommend. Felicia very easy to work with. Had to go out and buy soap as was not part of the toiletries or had just run out perhaps. Outside was not as dog friendly as we thought, openings and small wall and no back yard per se, but very easy to walk them around the neighborhood where those we ran into were very friendly. Small table and chairs would have been nice for games but we brought stools in from the patio and made the counter……

“House was really nice. Host was responsive until check in. Somehow didn’t receive check in information. Had to call VRBO to get access to property, they were very helpful. Casita does not have a futon or hide a bed, so don’t count that as a bed. There were no roll away beds either. One cot and 4 air mattresses. Overall was a comfortable house for our large group and would stay again!”
