This house can comfortably sleep 6 guests between the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen and living area sits in front of the house, ensuring maximum privacy. There are 2 bathrooms.



★ The master bedroom has a California King-size bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub as well as walk in shower.

★ The two other bedrooms both have Queen-size beds.

★ An additional bathroom is located in between the two guest bedrooms, complete with a shower.

★ Towels & Linens: Premium parachute towels are provided for your bathing & showering needs as well as additional towels for use in the outdoor areas.

Parking is available for 4 vehicles. This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.

Visitors come to the High Desert for its unique landscape, culture, and recreational opportunities, as well as for the weather - hot and dry summers and mild winters at our high altitude. Joshua Tree and the communities surrounding the Joshua Tree National Park include Flamingo Heights, Pioneertown, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and Landers. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.



–Pioneertown: Step back in time to thus rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm.

Getting Around:

Most roads are dirt—drive slowly and avoid rough side routes. 4WD not required. GPS is accurate; use our directions for the smoothest approach

– Pets: Dogs welcome ($100 fee, max 2). No other animals.

– Events & Shoots: Not permitted without written approval & permit.

– Cell Service: Varies by carrier; enable Wi-Fi calling or VOIP.

– Roads: Dirt roads with ruts after rain – drive slow.
