"The property is located very conveniently close to the international airport and offers shuttles to and from the airport. They also offer frequent shuttles to the MTR station, making commute to the city center easy. Rooms big enough compared to the usual standards in Hong kong. Excellent staff and service. "We requested non-smoking room. Room was very clean and no bad smell. Smelled a bit of cigarette smoke near the elevator but overall the hallway smelled clean. Building shows its age but appeared to be well kept. Front desk was quite busy when we checked in, but Desmond S was very friendly and efficient, explained key amenities and services well. He made our check-in extremely easy and pleasant. Housekeeping and lobby staff were very friendly as well. As we tried to figure out the self-checkout kiosk, a staff walked up to ask if we need help, Nice! Location not bad but a bit tricky. Several bus stops nearby. 10 minute walk to MTR (subway) station is good but we had to walk past a couple blocks that got quiet at night, not a problem if you don't walk alone. We didn't need the airport shuttle service but nice to have."
