“First of all. Staffs are fluent in English. Good breakfast and dinner. Room are spacious and with onsen and balcony. Onsen is great and good temperature. Site are great overall.”

“員工親切，住宿房間大又寬敞，只是廁所設置在門外洗手槽未提供洗手乳，女性垃圾桶好像沒有清，沒搞懂洞口還沒到裡頭滿滿的垃圾稍微有點……跟需要爬樓梯上下樓之外，其他設備都很新，多人住宿很划算，一樓咖啡廳也能優惠打折，交通地點很方便”

“The price is reasonable. Overall experience is ok. Free parking is available. The cats there are cute. Amenities are quite good as well. The Internet TV did not work, but the staff cannot anything with it. It’s not a big deal though. Meal time is quite limited. The hotel facilities are quite wore out, but it’s a 100 year plus premises.”

“Wonderful experience! The onsen was the perfect way to unwind, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Although the cloudy weather meant we couldn't see the stars, the night tour was still an absolute blast. Looking forward to returning very soon for round two!”

“The house was prefect! The view from the house is magnificent! Check-in went smoothly. Host is helpful. I asked many questions before arrival to the house. Location is great for us, nice and quiet, but not too far from supermarket and tourist attractions (less than 5mins drive to Yunotsubo Street) . The place is clean and facilities are fully equipped. One downside - we thought we could bbq because there is an outdoor bbq place but actually it’s prohibited. My kids loved the house, so we will……

“未能在廚房下班後的時間向前台預訂早餐”

“I had a wonderful stay at Yufuin Sansuikan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yufuin. The location is very convenient—just about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station, making it easy to get around even with luggage. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings, which made it a great place to unwind. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would……

“超級棒！ 非常推薦 周邊環境美，設備好，廚具多元，好整理讚”

“不錯”

“Small BnB ran by one (two?) old ladies. Decent value for money at the expensive Yufuin region. Suitable for travellers that drive up. Dinner was fantastic for the price. Grill meat set dinner with decent portion of marbled beef. Rooms are well maintained and reasonably clean... obviously its in the countryside so you can expect some beetles, etc if you don't shut the window fully.”

“很好的酒店，乾淨，設施很好。地點方便，環境清靜，值得推介。”

“self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. ”
