"Food was great and views were amazing. But we encountered issues with the beds during our initial check-in. The beds were very old, lacked support, and had a musky smell - resulting in poor sleep. We were told that Hoshino Resorts had only recently taken over the property and that it is due for an overhaul and refurbishment soon. We hope the resort replaces the beds eventually. "We stayed for the last night of a ski trip before flying out of CTS. Very comfortable room and the only place during our 10day trip that had more than one pillow standard. No shuttle to the airport but the front desk was very accommodating with calling a taxi for us - no problem even with a long ski bag (2,600Y to CTS). Plenty to eat nearby as well with an awesome bakery, with a ton of options, right across the street that ended up being cheaper than paying for the hotel breakfast."
