Vista del Valle

This single-story townhouse is centrally located in Yuma, with beautiful views and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Out front, you are treated to a beautiful oasis, surrounded by grass, mature trees, and a refreshing pool. From the back, you can enjoy amazing sunsets overlooking the Yuma Valley.

Clean, comfortable, and modern, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse sleeps six. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops, a dining room, and a living room with a queen sofa sleeper. The main bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is just a few steps away from the second bathroom.

This townhouse is equipped with two Smart TVs and includes wireless Internet service. The living room features a TV with Spectrum cable along with Netflix and additional apps. to watch your favorite shows. The main bedroom's TV has local channels and Netflix. There is also a comfortable private patio area that includes a gas BBQ grill.

Need parking? Not a problem! This townhouse comes with free covered parking for two vehicles. There is also nearby visitor parking that can accommodate additional vehicles.

Centrally located, this townhouse is within walking distance of Onvida Medical Center. If you are looking for entertainment, check out the nightlife scene at one of the many bars and restaurants in Downtown Yuma, or check out one of the three local casinos.

You will be only 15 minutes away from Mexico where they have great tacos, shopping, and very inexpensive prescription drugs. The nearby Colorado River is a great way to relax whether you are boating, floating down, or canoeing. For those of you who are bringing your four-wheel toys, the Imperial Sand Dunes are only 20 minutes away.

If you enjoy sightseeing, visit the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Parks. The downtown area also is a great place to shop or visit the museum.

This townhouse can be rented daily, weekly, or monthly. Whether you are here for a few days to dove hunt, watch the hot air balloon festival, attend Midnight at the Oasis, or have a longer stay for work or pleasure, this townhome is a clean and comfortable place to enjoy your visit.

This was the perfect place to stay while connecting with extended family in the area. This is one of the best-stocked, most comfortable VRBOs I have ever seen (and we have stayed in a LOT of VRBOs…3 different ones on this same trip alone!). The host was so friendly and made checking in/checking out super easy. The kids loved the pool. The location was very convenient to get to all the shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this property.

Visit with my stationed soldier

We came from central California to spend time with our daughter who is stationed in Yuma. The condo was perfect- beautiful homey feeling space! Clean, a whole binder dedicated to food and attractions around the areas. Pool was right outside, and two covered parking spots were super nice features!

This was a terrific stay we enjoyed everything about it. The condo was clean, cute, well equipped a short walk out the front door to the pool. The complex was near by to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We ordered groceries from walmart picked up the rental car and then picked up the groceries on the way to the condo. So easy. Karen responded to all my questions within minutes and was so nice to deal with I don't think i would consider staying any place else in Yuma. Thanks Karen

We were very pleased with our stay at Karen and Kenny’s Vista Del Valley condo. The condo provided us with a wonderful home away from home while we were in Yuma visiting our daughter. It was very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Any questions or problems were promptly taken care of . We would not hesitate to stay here again when in Yuma!

Karen and Kenny are wonderful hosts w/ a lovely property

6 week stay: The couch/loveseat were very comfortable. You will find the kitchen well stocked with basics and some surprises. Nice supplies. Master bed was comfortable. Black out curtains in place. Master bath was nice, shower large. The pool was lovely. Lounge chairs available. Grapefruit trees on pool premises. YUMMO. BBQ available. There is a 2nd bathroom which isn’t mentioned in Karen’s ad!! Its lovely. 2nd bedroom is a comfortable size. Nice closets. Nice towels and linens. Nice washer/dryer in the unit. Very nice dining area we used as our "office" while away from home. Walmart grocery delivers or is only 1 mile if you prefer pickup. Massage Envy was 1/2 mile away and an amazing experience. Unit is well situated to medical, eateries of all sorts, parks, walks. The kitchen window was a fav of mine at sunset. Full view of the valley looking west. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend this owner and unit.

Great stay

This was our first time visiting Yuma and it was made very pleasant and comfortable by staying in this condo. Clean, quiet and safe complex in a convenient location. Well maintained inside with more supplies than I’m used to seeing. Great AC. Appliances, dishes and cookware in nice condition. The carport being immediately in front of the unit might have been the best part of all. Good communication with Karen and you can tell she takes pride in ownership. If we had been able to stay longer, we definitely would have used the grill and pool. The only thing I would recommend is to replace the mattresses as they were sagging, felt oddly shaped and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if or when we’d be returning to the Yuma area, but if so, we would like to stay here again.

My aunt lives across the street at the complex across the road. We have stayed at this BnB before. Now that my aunt lives there we were so lucky to find it available for her 94th birthday. Location convenient! Cleanliness great! Overall experience for now the second time outstanding!
