I mean... I am used to off the road motels. But this was just so sketchy. All hours, ALL HOURS, men everywhere. on their phones. Watching. Young truckers, etc. I'd prefer vagabonds and real travelers -- this is just that "off place" where someone really dangerous could slip through the cracks. Filthy around every crevice, just really, really, really not a good vibe. I love down home - I love the open road and a strange place. This is the not-good strange place.

Confused as to how this place has such good reviews, room was desperately in need of some TLC. It smelled damp, furniture was old with holes in desk and bedside table, mattress was old and sagged on one side, there was a leaky roof in the main coffee area and a puddle of water on the floor

Felt safe and clean. Stayed multiple nights. Convenient to most things in Yuma. Lots of noise due to seasonal workers staying at property. Cantina truck setup in the parking lot attracting a lot of noise. Room was clean, safe. Lacked decent blankets and multiple towels. Bedframe didnt support bed very well. Can tell owners are trying to improve the property which is a bonus. Would stay again but would bring my own blankets and towels. A few tweaks are needed.

Comfortable and Inexpensive

Very friendly front desk manager. (I sadly forgot his name.) The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again when I return in a few months.

This is a old place, they are upgrading he rooms. Our room smelled musty but i guess that should be expected after all the rain in that area lately. The guest above us had his tv on all night and we could hear it. Thats not a property issue but i couldn't sleep. Our room is probably still being redone, paint needs to be cleaned off of the baseboard tiles, pictures on the walls, clean hand towel (looked like snot on it, yes only one) could have a second hand towel.

Lol, the staff gave me the best room available, fully furnished and painted. It is pet friendly because they barbeque pets for lunch and dinner, lol, no just kidding. Pool was cool and very clean, so clean you can clearly see your foot.
