「It was a cozy little place to stay. There was barely any light in the living room/dining area, so doing a puzzle required borrowing a lamp from the bedroom. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable, because it went down in the middle, so no matter what we did, we ended up falling into the middle and having to sleep right up next to each other. A few more things were troubling— one of the dining room chairs in particular was so rickety we thought it could break so we tried not to use it. ...

「This studio was smaller than represented in the pictures so it’d be a better space for a solo traveler. Also the power went out and we contacted the owners first thing in the morning asking if there was a breaker we can access or reset but did not receive a response until I followed up again in the evening. I would have appreciated some sort of communication. Everything provided in the space was very bare bones - one towel per person, one flat pillow per person. The mattress, pillows, bedsheets,...

「House was very clean with a great view of the lake. Bathroom is a a little small. We enjoyed our time both inside and out (air quality warning due to Canadian wild fires moved us inside a couple of days). We did spend time in the lake and the sandy bottom was great for walking in. The fire pit and patio allowed for a relaxing end of day. 13th Street Market has excellent food at a reasonable price and is just down the road. We enjoyed our time away and recommend staying here.」

「Had a fantastic stay at this Betsie River home! Host was great and responded quickly. Location was great. It is a secluded setting but close to everything. Has plenty of amenities. Enjoyed the fire pit area complete with outdoor string lights that were really cool. Covered deck area was great while it rained a little. Foosball, disk golf and board games were super fun.
