“I came to shiga kogen for skiing. The hotel location is excellent. You can have either 3 mins driving to Yokoteyama ski area or 5 mins driving to central area. Other than the location, all staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Some of the staff are able to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently. “浴場大，夜餐及早餐有一流既服務及質素。 但浴場設施有點舊。 私人溫泉放水好慢每10分鐘要按一次放水制，3-4次後先用得。每次要等10分鐘。不過都值得一去”
