Beautiful new house located 10 minutes from the beaches of Châtelaillon and Fouras, 15 minutes from La Rochelle and Rochefort, 20 minutes from the island of Ré and the pier for the island of Aix, 40 minutes from the Oléron island and Marais Poitevin (Green Venice).

Excellent séjour

Très belle maison moderne, propre, super bien équipée. Christine nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour les choses à voir et à faire dans sa région.. Nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances!

Maison agréable, bien équipée, avec un grand confort.

La maison est bien située avec trois chambres et tout le confort. La cuisine est bien équipée, avec de nombreux ustensiles. Confort : volets automatiques, porte de garage automatique, lave-linge, sèche-linge, aspirateur Dyzon, lave-vaisselle, une belle terrasse avec un grand parasol, un grand canapé d’angle, pour le coin télé. Il y a une suite parentale avec dressing et salle de douche ainsi on ne se gêne pas! les deux autres chambres sont de l’autre côté et il y a une salle de bain et des toilettes également. Le jardin est agréable on est au calme pour dormir. On est à 12 mn des plages (sable fin), en voiture. On est tous ravis. Merci Christine pour votre accueil.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die Kommunikation mit Christine verlief einwandfrei. Wir wurden am Tag der Anreise sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Außer das der Bäcker nur mit dem Auto erreichbar ist , gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles vorhanden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Viele Grüße und danke noch mal an Christine.

Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, angenehmes Raumklima, komplett und hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Terrasse mit komfortablen Liegestühlen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ideal gelegen als Ausgangspunkt zu den vorgelagerten Inseln und La Rochelle, Chatelaillon-Plage mit schönem Strand mit Auto in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar.
