"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "Pleasant hotel with good facilities"

"The company servicing the location were extremely unhelpful and rude. The automated system that was used was unhelpful. The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help."

"Very helpful and friendly staff."

"This is a really nice place to stay, the welcome was perfect, the room and facilities very good and the breakfast more than expected. "

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Owner is wonderful! They acommodated our late arrival graciously. Place was super clean and only 15 mins from Pamplona! Great place to stay! Would happily stay there again!"

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt bij de boeking, maar zij heeft meer gedaan dan ik had durven hopen. Heel flexibel, meedenkend en super service gericht. De kamers zelf zijn gewoon prima. Het restaurant zat behoorlijk vol, ook met allerlei mensen uit de buurt. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."

"Nice hotel and friendly staff."

"Beautiful hotel close to the city"

"Excellent"

"Friendly staff. Bus stop to get into downtown Pamplona just outside the door."

"A hidden gem. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. "

"Wonderful hotel, great location fabulous room, makes a great change to have adequate lighting to shave in the bathroom! Breakfast was 4€ and it showed! We would have happily paid 12€ to have had fresh food!"

"Excellent stay for San Fermin. Easy access to center of town by bus."
