「No air conditioning killed the whole experience for us. The daytime had a cool breeze running through the hotel that made the temperature comfortable but at night the breeze died. The room was HOT. Unbearably so. The large fan in the room doesn’t blow air downward. It was loud and sounded like it was going to break and fall onto the bed. We left the windows open and had a sixth floor room but still no cool air made its way into the room. I feel the hotel staff should remind guests at check in...

「El estacionamiento está un poco lejos si andas con maletas o niños puede ser un poco molesto. Justo enfrente hay un antro en la terraza que viernes y sábado tienen música hasta después de la 1am, como nos tocó habitación con balcón se escuchaba demasiado aún con las ventanas cerradas pero se entiende que eso no es culpa del hotel」

「They walked me to my room assuring me it was ready. As soon as we walk in, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned at all. Manager apologized so many times. Said they'd have it cleaned right away. This was already 5pm. Waited 45 minutes to finally have the lady come to clean. Bed sheets were on the floor. Spilled coffee on window sills. Bathroom was not clean. I had high hopes for this place but they totally let me down. Management was nice but no customer service skills. They didn't come to check...
