The two ladies at the front desk are awesome. The guy is very moody and rude at times. He don't even tell you good morning, he just looks at you with his nose in the air. The rooms are clean but they don't change the sheets on the bed and you may not get any small towels in your room. The location is great and very safe and the breakfast is good.

Staff was super sweet and the property taking the time to decorated for Halloween is so cute making it feel so festive. Breakfast definitely surprised us, not the powdered eggs or the granola bars that most hotel offer and call it breakfast. Breakfast was different every morning absolutely would love to book again when we travel back out to BR. Only down side was it was in front of the public cemetery and it just so happens to be our view from our hotel room but the facility itself was awesome!!

I had an issue with my first room. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice to accommodate me and switch my room. The second room was a lot better. I enjoyed my stay. I think the hotel needs to be updated and painted, it’s grimy. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again.

The rooms were clean, but there was a musty smell that could be improved\. We also had to ask for additional soap, and towels were scarce\. When we requested towels, they weren’t readily available, and when they were brought to us, we only received one face cloth and two towels\. The breakfast was the same every day, so a little more variety would have been appreciated\. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant\. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful, but there are a few areas that could be improved\.

Stayed for 11 days. Refrigerator not working properly. Pool was always dirty. I asked for the pool to be cleaned and it never was. That was disappointing that I couldn’t enjoy the pool all those days. There was gnats always in my room. I couldn’t adjust the a/c , it was stuck at one setting. The key never worked. Every day I had to go to the front desk to activate my room key which was very frustrating. The bed was comfortable.
