「Probably one of the best hotel in UB and great value for money. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern designed and cosy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The food street is just nearby like 3mins walk and the Winter Palace is also located on the same street reachable by like 20 mins walk. The hotel located in a rather wealthy district of UB that it felt very safe even walking on the nearby street at night. It not far from the airport too that won't be affected by the traffic jam in UB...

「It was my first time staying at a hotel room without a refrigerator. It seems there used to be one, so I believe a refrigerator should be installed. Also, there were almost no amenities provided. Although there was a coffee cup, there were no stirrers, spoons, or forks available, which was disappointing in terms of facilities. In addition, the shower pressure was weak (possibly clogged?). On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location inside a shopping mall was very convenient....

「The toilet seat is dirty with yellow color everyday even after daily cleaning. The hallway is dark.」

「There is mold in the shower that probably cannot be cleaned. But also the location is great. Also the water does not give constant hot/cold water temperature and can be hard to take a shower」

「・ちゃんとしたカプセルホテル ・従業員さん皆んな優しい、色々聞くと教えてくれる ・清潔 ・冷蔵庫とか洗濯機とか使えてありがたい ・深夜にチェックインすると入り口が閉まっているように見えますが、ちゃんと開いています！ビル入り口の扉を開いて、左にある階段orエレベーターを使って上の階まで行くと営業中です」
