“I had a disappointing experience at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was……

He went above and beyond to ensure comfort and even declined a tip, saying it was his duty – truly commendable. All requests, including extra bedding, were accommodated very quickly, making the stay smooth and hassle-free. The food including breakfast options could be improved. Overall, a good and comfortable stay. ”
