Nice apartment, helpful owner

We were very happy with the spaciousness and quality of the apartment. We liked the quiet location on the outskirts of Kalamaki, with shop, bakery restaurant and of course the rest of the town and beach within walking distance.

Comfortable Accommodation & Excellent Host

I really enjoyed my stay here. The accommodation was comfortable; clean and well kept, even if some might consider the furnishings and décor a little dated. It's in a quiet, residential area, about 1.5 km from the main tourist area, which I enjoyed as you didn't get any booming music sounds till well into the early hours of the morning. The host family, especially Giannis, were friendly and obliging. I'd definitely go back there again and would recommend it as a good, well priced base for people holidaying in the beautiful town of Kalamaki.

Great apartments run by Giannis, so friendly

Amazing hotel close to airoport beach&everuthing

We had a lovely time at Villa Xenos. They make us feeling home Giannis and son's. I highly recommend it to everyone. Very clean quite and spacious! Anytime that i'll go back in Zante definetely i'll stay at Villa Xenos!

Good basic accommodation

This family owned villa is great if you are not looking for luxury or too much comfort. Yiannis and his brother are very friendly and more than helpful. Our room was at the front with a lovely large patio and overlooking the garden. The room we had was a bit dark and the bathroom sink leaked from the taps, and waste pipe which meant the floor was constantly wet. However the shower was good and the hot water plentiful. For the money we paid it was good value. We had a four year old with us and the fact that there are big gates to the front of the property gave us peace of mind that she couldn't get out onto the road. Yiannis and his brother we very kind to her and us. Their parents were there at times too and they are a lovely family.

Very friendly and homely place to stay with a lot of interaction between the owner and other guests. Xenos even dropped me at the airprort as he was on the way into town in his van. Such a lovely time with enough facilities to self cater yet located close enough to many restaurants if you decide to eat out.

Giannis et ses parents sont des personnes incroyables ! Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé grâce à leur aide et à leur gentillesse. L'appartement a été très propre, grand et lumineux.
