"Location: Fantastic!! You have easy access to trains ans subway. There are restaurants and shops within an easy walk. Hotel: Wonderful. Small gym but the in house laundry room makes up for that. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff: Great. Helpful and very nice to deal with. I would certainly stay here again."

"I had to make last minute adjustments to my arrival and checkout days and Mercure staff were amazing and helped me get it all sorted out. They provided a crib for my little one as well. The hotel was beautiful and modern. The dinner at their restaurant was yummy and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The breakfast menu was very limited versus other Mitsui garden inns. No fresh fish, limited Japanese side dishes, only omelets with no option to get prepared other ways, etc. staff was not very friendly. I did not want to ask for help. Too grumpy. I would not buy breakfast next time. "
