"The location is steps away from Shibuya Crossing. I thought I was a block away. I got the room with the view of the crossing and it just made the trip so special. This is literally the best location in all of Tokyo, especially in Shabuya!! all the shopping is minutes away. Restaurants are fabulous including the restaurant within the hotel. I was so hungry. We came back late one day. I just got a simple hamburger with very low expectations. It was so delicious. I can’t even tell you! Breakfast was adequate -not the best, but definitely nobody left hungry. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and it was raining most of the days we were here and that staff even gave us the clear umbrellas, which just made the trip and this hotel even more amazing. All the thoughtful things they put to make your stay special made this the number one hotel for me."

"Very clean. Nice staff. Everything you could need in a place to crash in the shibuya area. Nice mall right across the road with fun food court in the basement. Only downside is that the rooms are tiny (twin beds are both on same base and in the corner so one person has to scoot off the end) and the sink is outside the bathroom so no way to quietly brush teeth or wash up if the other occupant is sleeping. I recognize this smallness is common so not docking a ton of points but the reality is that despite the pristine nature of the space, you won’t want to hang out in the room. What’s that you say? You’re there to see all the sights and won’t be spending much time in the room? Maybe, but after 3 days of typhoon 25 during silver week, a more capacious bolt hole would have been nice. To be clear, no fault of the property, which is excellent. Just one of those things. Other nice things: Laundry area was clean and worked well. 500 yen for a wash and 100 yen for ten minutes of drying. Machines already have detergent so no need to bring any. Common room has plates, cups etc and also water and ice. Apart from the music, which was not to my taste, it’s a good little space to have a coffee. Highly recommend."

"This was my second stay at the JAL City hotel Haneda airport. They have a shuttle that connects the hotel with terminal 1 of HND airport so you don't have to deal with a taxi or public transport. The hotel is reasonably priced for what you get and it is close to convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards. The only weak point is their breakfast - there aren't really a lot of Western options. Still, I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again during my next layover."
