"Nice small hotel is located close to Shibya crossing, very conveient location. It doesn't have an option for breakfast, so it's inconvient. Thanks to this inconvenience, we found out about delicious egg sandwich and milk pudding at Family Mart or 7- Eleven. My room sink didn't work properly; the sink cover didn't stay up, so water could not get drained. Bathtub was also drained very slowly."

Even as we prepared to leave, they helped to coordinate and fill out the forms for the transfer of luggage pieces thru a delivery service to our next destination in Japan. A big help! "
