The residence is popular also because of its peaceful location by the water. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Zamárdi. The holiday home is situated on a 600 sqm enclosed plot with a lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The plot, the garden, the garden furniture and the barbecue are exclusively for guests’ use. Only the entrance to the property must be shared with the residents of the other house. The property is accessible on foot from two sides; on the other side there is only a small gate. Access is via a side street (tarmacked). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
