“Good location, very clean, helpful staff.”

“I had an issue with the AC as I arrived. Staff at reception were accommodating and I was moved to a lower floor unit that the AC worked better. Still it wasn't as cooler as I like to sleep. Staff at buffet very accommodating and helpful. I wish AC was cooler.”

“Nos sorprendió lo bueno que está el hotel. Llegamos tarde cuando casi cerraba el restaurante, la chica fue muy amable y nos atendió como reyes. Lo recomiendo 100%”

“Hotel palacio muy bonito y buena ubicación. Dos tramos de escaleras para llegar s la habitación. La cama muy incómoda, dura y bastante inestable. La limpieza en general bien. El baño regular, la ducha con poca presión, el enganche de la alcachofa no soporta el peso... En fin, esperábamos algo mejor.”

“Food was amazing, cleanliness very good and comfort was also good my only complaint would be service, Fawlty towers springs to mind for those of you that remember it, service was painfully slow. It's quite a secluded place and great if you just want to relax we found it to be more akin to an old folks home tbh but it didn't bother us as we weren't there during the day, the pool would have been good if it was clean though. ”

“Great large apartment, secure garage parking for my motorcycle. Super TV, super shower, comfortable bed. Only small problems were dirty cups and cutlery and no kettle. Only minor problems. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again if I revisit the lovely town of Zamora.”

“When I went there in the morning to leave a case I was dismayed to find a lot of steep steps. However going back in the afternoon to check in I asked if there was somewhere to leave my mobility walker I was given a key to access the building and use a lift. Excellent. We overcame my lack of Spanish.”
