The Inn in Dresden is an amazingly beautiful mansion with an amazing view of the town of Dresden and surrounding area. The owner was very informative of the history of the Inn. The breakfast that the owner cooked was the best. The town of Dresden is very charming, the people working in the shops were very informative about the badket industry that was there. This is a great place for a quiet getaway. Beautiful country and wonderful people.

The room was perfect. We dined in and the 4 course steak dinner was phenomenal. But the real special part of this whole experince is Joy, the inkeeper. She is absolutely spectacular. Her service and cooking are top tier. She is so kind and makes you feel like family.
Our innkeeper Joy was very pleasant. The Clubhouse room we had was a little musty, with no view, but the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. I booked it on Hotels.com.
The mansion is beautiful inside, but the landscaping could use weeding and tree trimming.
We had to leave very early at 6:30 am for a flight the next morning, but no grab n go breakfast like muffins or coffee was offered. Since other guests would get a full breakfast with their room, as long as they were there at 8:00 am, we felt a little cheated. Joy did not offer coffee even though she was awake when we left.
I would recommend staying here, but get a room with a view and get your breakfast!
Joy was a friendly heartwarming individual, and her purpose is to make people feel welcome and satisfied. She did both. Great work and we recommend it to anyone

A Little History Goes a Long Way
The location was perfect and the view AMAZING!! Joy, the owner, and her dog Chewey were a delight.
The B&B is the home of the late founder of Longaberger Baskets; which is why we booked for attending the annual Basket Festival.
The home is gorgeous despite the outdated decor.
The facilities like AC, water pressure, ceiling fan, etc were great.
Could use a good clean but not something I would not return for.

The hostess was nice and accommodating. The rooms are extremely dated and not very clean. There was no hot water. The temperature in the Inn was very warm but the air conditioning in the room was great. The dog was very friendly.
My husband and I stayed for one night in the zane grey it was absolutely gorgeous the fireplace alone was heaven we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were served a four course dinner with a bottle of win,we even asked for another. It was delicious. The host/ owner Joy was delightful and a true pleasure to talk to very friendly and accommodating we felt like family.we were invited to come with our family to spend Christmas at the inn we are looking forward to that. Thanks again Joy for have us.

It is a beautiful bed and breakfast. They were able to accommodate my husband‘s food allergy, and everything was beautiful the property and the room.
This place was excellent. Joy was so helpful and wonderful and her little dog chewy was so cute. She made our little OHIO getaway a very memorable one. I would definitely travel back there.
Great stay and highly recommend! Clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious room. The owner, Joy was super welcoming and friendly. Joy prepared a delicious breakfast, especially enjoyed the french toast. The feel of the home was like no other, very unique. Beautiful scenery atop a hill over looking the quaint town.
The Inn at Dresden used to be THE place to stay when the Longaberger Basket Co was in its “Heyday”, but it was very disappointing to see the condition of the Inn now. Joy was a very nice host, but she had said she upgraded my room since the room I was originally supposed to be in was still occupied…. Well, I’d hate to see what I was upgraded FROM! The carpet was old, worn and dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, the TV didn’t work and the bedding seemed like it was old as well. Even the outside of the Inn needed some love and the landscaping seemed neglected. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
