The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—plus a sofa bed for two in the living area. There is one modern bathroom and a spacious living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. A small balcony adds a touch of charm, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or some fresh air.

The apartment also has a decibel detector, in accordance with community rules.

The building has an lift, but please note that you’ll need to use some stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment is located in Zaragoza’s Old Town, on a narrow, purely residential street typical of the historic centre, with no shops or commercial activity.

Due to its central location and the surrounding area, you may hear some noise during your stay.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.

The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Please note that pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €150 penalty.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during your stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
