"J'avais réservé une chambre vue mer pour 3 nuits. On m'a expliqué, apres avoir monté les etages sans ascenseur, qu'il n'y avait plis de chambre vue mer et qu'il fallait que j'attende le lendemain. Le lendemain j'ai bien eu une chambre vue mer mais aucun remboursement pour la 1ère nuit. Attention ..."
