「I booked 2 nights through Expedia, so refunds are very complicated. First night was gross. Comforter was dirty, conditioner was empty, bed visibly lumpy pillows must be 100 years old. Housekeeping did replace comforter and fill conditioner, but nothing can be done about the bed and pillows. Tv had melted plastic on screen, this was replaced second day also. I would never stay here again or recommend as clearly it is 3rd rate establishment.」

「The overall stay was ok. There were ants coming out of the outlets, bathtub, sink, and air conditioner. Staff said that they were aware of the problem and the only solution they offered was to come and spray the ants they seen. The swimming pool and hot tub were disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures. The floor of the pool and hot tub was brown and looked to have not been cleaned in a while. The breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating.」
