The staff were friendly & helpful trying to ensure that I would have a comfortable stay from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere & room were luxurious & I appreciated the upgrade to a garden view room. Breakfast was tasty with a large selection of options. The garden was quaint & lovely. I would love to make another reservation whenever I plan on returning back to Bruges & definitely will recommend this place to all that ask me for travel advice."
