"Staff welcome was so luke warm! Barely got a hello ....not welcoming in the least . A/C was great! Breakfast was sufficient. Location was lovely; booked a canal room very old fashioned hotel. "

"Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of the main area. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. It has a car park which was ideal for us and driving to it was no problem to navigate. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. The room was spacious and warm with complementary toiletries and drinking water. No complaints at all - would highly recommend!"

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The bathrooms and toilets are very old and look quite tired. The shower curtain was visibly dirty along the bottom edge, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The floors and carpets throughout the room also felt worn and outdated. In addition, the cups provided in the room were cheap plastic, which gave the room a lower-quality feel. Another disappointment was the parking situation: we booked through Expedia and had to pay for parking, while it apparently would have been free if the reservation had been made directly through the hotel’s website. Overall, while the staff were great, the facilities and overall condition of the hotel really need updating."
