Space and Comfort for 8 People
This spacious villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, so everyone has enough privacy and comfort. The bright living room offers a cozy atmosphere with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and has a combi oven, induction hob with built-in extractor, filter coffee machine and kettle.

Outdoor Living on the Water
The villa is located directly on the water and has a private jetty – perfect for a refreshing dip. The spacious garden offers sun all day long, including a nice evening sun. In addition, you will find a large dining table and a luxury charcoal barbecue – ideal for long, cozy evenings in the open air. Grilling becomes twice as much fun!
